RETURNS
1. Register
Register your return within 30 days of receiving your order, select the items you wish to return and choose the desired return method.
Return costs are at your own expense.
2. Pack
Pack your items and affix the return label to the package. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
3. Send
Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days of registration or have your package picked up by using the pickup service (depending on which return method you have chosen).
4. Refund
Once our distribution center has received your return you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 10 working days.
Return Shipping Costs
We have a return policy that benefits both you and our planet. When returning items, a fee of €5.40 (NL) applies, which allows you to return up to 3 items at no extra cost. Would you like to return more than 3 items? For each additional item, you pay a contribution of €0.99.
Exchanges for a different size are free for each country. You will receive a prepaid return label.

- The Netherlands: € 5,40
- Belgium: € 9,95
- Germany: Free return
- Luxembourg: € 10,75

- Baltics: € 13,24
- North Europe: € 13,05
- West Europa: € 11,15
- East Europe: € 14,45
